In the event that a disaster were to occur at the MIE headquarters we have developed and implemented a number of plans to keep our services up and running. The WebChart™ SaaS servers utilize private high-speed communications lines to replicate live data to a data center located at a remote facility. This remote facility houses servers capable of providing access to all patient records in the event of a disaster at the primary MIE Data Center. MIE also utilizes redundant failover connectivity to the Internet to provide reliable uptime in the event that internet services experience outages.
